Motivation

Somewhat random thoughts on this Saturday morning – You may have already seen this but Rina passed it along yesterday as spinoff of a larger discussion that’s been brewing on the home front. It ceases to amaze me that companies and managers alike continue to be perplexed by how to motivate their teams.

Likewise, too many of us fail to understand or communicate what motivates us personally. Fortunately, I think we’re starting to see somewhat of a shift or at least a segment of the workforce is beginning to be more vocal. Then again, perhaps that’s just me in my little bubble…
