After using Bloglines since 2004 as a RSS feed reader, I decided it’s time to make a switch. I’ve been tinkering with a few different tools but the Google Reader wins.
The export/import via OPML seems to have went off without any problems and I also figured I’d give Google Gears a shot with the hope that I could read blogs while offline. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to get it to work…looks like a little more troubleshooting is in order.

Solid ride yesterday but boy was it cold. I ended up calling it good at 2hrs because it was so cold and I had run out of trail. Lakeshore path is good but it can get quite irritating navigating the strollers, bladers and running groups. Such is life…I’m just happy to have it so close to home…it could be worse.
Today’s Training Goals:

Run: 1:15hrs @ 145-155 BPM

A full day of recover and I’m back at it. Unfortunately, yesterday I was in front of the computer for entirely too long and my back is not happy about it. Hopefully, a good warm-up will work out the kinks…Today’s Training Agenda:

Swim: 2,100M
Run: 60 min at 145-155BPM 
15min in the hot tub
